Rare but worth warning about: Lactulose in doses of 5g or more (nearly two packs!) may have a slight laxative effect in preschool children.
LACTOPUS Dragées with Chocolate Flavor:

Recommended use
Children aged 3+ can have 10 g (15-20 dragées) a day with a meal. Course duration: 1 month. If necessary, the course can be repeated.
