Thoroughly mix the contents of the sachet (5 g) with 100 ml of water in a mug or glass. Take once a day with a meal. Intake duration: 2 weeks. Contradictions: Individual intolerance to product ingredients.
At the first symptoms of cystitis
1 sachet once a day dissolving it in 100 ml water at room temperature, for 14 days.
Prevention (seasonal or at risk of disease, emergency)
1 sachet once a day dissolving it in 100 ml water at room temperature, for 7 days.
After sex
Single intake: Dissolve 1 sachet in 100 ml of room temperature water.
