  • Loyalty Program participation terms
    1. Registration rules for the Program
    1.1. Any person of a majority age can join the Program for the Privileged Clients.
    1.2. The participant shall not have another Registration number in the Company at the time of registration in the Program. If they already have Registration number in the Company, they can participate in the Program using another Registration number only in accordance with clause 4 of the following Terms.
    1.3. To participate in the Program for the Privileged Clients spouses should be registered as a married couple under one Registration number.
    1.4. If the married couple stated the willingness to have different Registration numbers, one of the spouses will be registered as a Privileged Client who joins the Program under the recommendation of their spouse.

    2. Termination of Participation in the Program
    2.1. The Company is entitled to terminate the Program participation of the Privileged Client and delete their Registration number from the Company's database, if the Privileged Client has made no purchases of the products (which have points value) under their Registration number within 4 consecutive months since the registration month. The registration month corresponds to the full calendar month starting from the 1st date.
    2.2. If the purchases were made under the Registration number within the first 4 months since the registration month, the Company makes up the decision to terminate the participation of the Privileged Client in the Program, if within 6 consecutive months they have made no purchases of the products (which have points value) under the Registration number. These 6 months also include months without any purchases made by the Consultant who has become a Privileged Client.
    2.3. The notification on termination of the Privileged Client's participation in the Program is sent to the email address indicated during registration.
    2.4. The Privileged Client can state their willingness to terminate participation in the Program by sending the corresponding request to the following email address: registrator@sibvaleo.com. The Registration number is deleted the next day after receiving the Client's request or within the period indicated in the request. If the request is canceled before the expiration of the indicated period, the request is considered invalid.
    2.5. If a Privileged Client has more than one Registration number, the latest Registration number will be deleted from the Program database.
    2.6. In terms of the Program participation stopping, bonuses accumulated on the Registration number are annulled upon any of the given conditions.

    3. Status change.
    3.1. The status change is performed in BackOffice.
    To change the status, it is necessary to fulfill the minimum Personal Volume (PV) rate for a Consultant – 200 points and submit a status change application in BackOffice. The next day you'll see a new status in your Information Report – Consultant!
    In this case, Personal Volume includes only purchases made during the month of application processing.
    Purchases made in the month following the reporting month (including the 1st day) are not included.
    3.2. For those registered with the Company before September 1st, 2025**:
    Fulfill the minimum required rate of Personal Volume (PV) for a Consultant – 100 points within the current month.
    Enter your BackOffice.
    Click the Become a Consultant button.
    Apply for the status changing.
    The Consultant status will be assigned to you next month.
    ** Consultants (C) who have transitioned to Privileged Client (PC) status after September 1, 2025 will be able to regain their Consultant status under the updated requirements by maintaining a PV of 200 points.

    4. The resumption of participation in the Privileged Client Program or Consultant cooperation option
    4.1. According to clause 2.4, if the Privileged Client terminated their participation in the Privileged Clients' Program, they or their spouse can join the Privileged Clients' Program again or join the Company as a Consultant after 6 months dating from the month when their Registration number was deleted from the Program database.
    4.2. According to clauses 2.1 and 2.2, if the Privileged Client terminated their participation in the Privileged Clients' Program, they can join the Privileged Clients' Program again in accordance with the conditions given in clause 1 of present Terms, or choose to cooperate with the Company as a Consultant at any time. In this case, the Registration number will be changed.
    4.3. Upon the resumption of cooperation with the Company bonuses accumulation on the Registration number starts from the zero balance.

    5. The Company may add or amend the Program for Privileged Clients by publishing information on such changes at the Company's website.

    6. All bonuses are credited on the day following the day of purchase. Calculation according to Novosibirsk time.
    6.1. Cashback is credited on the purchase price excluding VAT
  • Loyalty Club Program participation terms
    1. What should I do in Loyalty Club?
    Purchase your favorite Siberian Wellness products for 50 points within six months in a row and get top sellers from the Company as a gift!
    Purchase 3 months in a row for 50 points and get one of the Company's most popular products as a gift*!
    * Gift for 3 months of participation in the Program can be received only once.

    2. Who can join Loyalty Club?
    Any Siberian Wellness Client can become a participant.
    Consultants cannot join Loyalty Club. However, if a Consultant has changed the status to "Privileged Client", he/she can also join the Program.

    3. How to join Loyalty Club?
    You can become a member of the Club immediately in the month of the first fulfillment of the Personal Volume of 50 points. If a participant fails to meet this standard, participation in the Program starts over again.
    In this case, they are required to start getting 50 points per month again, with the chance to take a break in activity during one of the months (this option is available after 3 months for new members, after 1 month for long-standing Club members), followed by making up for the missing points.

    4. When can I get a Loyalty Club gift?
    You can receive a gift during the two months following the month in which you fulfill the conditions. The list of relevant products is subject to change.

    5. What are the benefits of the Loyalty Club?
    Important update! Once during your Loyalty Club participation, you may lower your activity without losing your participation status. For those who have just joined the Loyalty Club, this option is available after three months of consistent purchases of 50+ points. For members who have been in the Club for 6 months or longer, placing an order of 50+ points in the first month of the new participation cycle is enough to qualify for the pause.

    In your low-activity month, it is allowed to accumulate less than 50 points or make no purchases at all (0 points). However, any points you miss must be made up for in the following month*.

    If you do not meet the points requirement for two consecutive months, you will be removed from the Club. In that case, you will need to start over.

    * For example: In April, you managed to accumulate only 10 points. To stay in the Loyalty Club, in May you need to make purchases worth 90 points: To cover the shortfall for April (40 points) and collect 50 points for the current month. Otherwise, your participation in the Loyalty Club will be terminated and you will need to start over.
  • Referral Program Terms and Conditions 
    1. How long does the Referral Program run?
    The Referral Program is effective from January 3, 2026, to August 31, 2026. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms or end the promotion early, notifying participants in advance.

    2. What are the conditions for participating in the Referral Program?
    Make purchases worth 50 points. Invite a friend to register as a Privileged Client and make purchases totaling 50 points within the same calendar month as you do.

    3. Does the number of points I need to accumulate depend on the number of friends I invite in a month?
    No, you only need to accumulate 50 points once in the current month, regardless of how many friends you invited during that month.

    4. What is the reward for inviting friends and when is it issued?
    Upon fulfilling the Program requirements in the current month, you will be issued a certificate at the start of the subsequent month. Certificate Value: 650 RSD * the number of friends you invited who accumulated 50 points in the previous month.
    The certificate is valid for use only during the calendar month in which it is issued.
    Points for a purchase using a certificate are not credited.

    5. How do I use my certificate?
    When purchasing at a SIBERIAN WELLNESS Store: Inform the manager that you wish to use your certificate. They will verify its validity within the system and deduct its full value from your purchase total.
    For orders via the SIBERIAN WELLNESS E-shop, follow the provided procedure:
    • Go to your Personal Office.
    • Go to "Gift certificates".
    • Find the desired certificate and click the "Add to cart" button.
    • Go to your cart and confirm that two sets now appear: "My Set" and "Certificate".
    • Activate the "Certificate" set by clicking on it, then add the items you wish to pay for with the certificate into this set.
    • Click "Place an order" and complete your purchase.
