Take the full contents of one sachet once a day with a meal, which includes 1 soft capsule, 1 hard capsule and 2 tablets, otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.
Recommended intake – one box per trimester. Consulting with your pregnancy care specialist before starting taking the supplement.
Complex No. 1 (yellow capsule):
Fish oil concentrate, Vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopherol acetate), Vitamin A palmitate, Vitamin K1, Vitamin D3.
Complex No. 2 (light tablet):
Calcium carbonate, magnesium citrate, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin premix (DSM Nutritional Products Ltd., Switzerland): Vitamin C, niacin, pantothenic acid, Vitamins B6, B2, B1, folic acid, Vitamin B12, pure water, glazing: Nutrafinish complex food supplement, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, anti-caking agent: food talc powder.
Complex No. 3 (dark capsule):
Fucus extract, iron fumarate, zinc citrate, Lalmin Se 2000™ (Lallemand, Canada): inactivated Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast containing selenium in the form of selenomethionine; manganese asparaginate, copper asparaginate.
May contain traces of cereals (gluten), mustard, soy, sesame, celery, milk, crustacean, shellfish and their derivatives.
Free from porcine gelatine.
